I fell backwards on my elbows and my arms went up behind me and I felt something pop and tear in my chest. That was almost a year ago and my chest still hurts so bad I can't work. Symptoms are chest pain and pressure. The more I do the more it hurts. I can't even wear a bra. I also can't lay on my sides. Please help. If I lift more than 2-3lbs. Push a grocery cart or bend over too much then I wind up in bed on my back.what should I look for?
