What Causes Pain And Pressure In Chest?

I feel like something is sitting on my chest, I have a lot of pressure and it s hard to breathe at times anti have sharpe pains that go all the way through to my back. I have chills, nausea and upset stomach. I had a nurse check my lungs and she said bottom part of lungs are not clear.
