What Causes Pain And Ringing Of Ears And Pain In The Back Of Mouth?

My left ear hurts a lot. It feels like it's closed and my hearing is muffled. I also hear a constant ringing / echo and whenever someone talks they sound robotic, like two voices talking at the same time. Yesterday evening the back of my mouth suddenly started hurting a lot (it still hurts a little now) and when I looked in the mirror, the back of my mouth was white (I don't know if that's normal?). After a while it moved to my ear and that's where it's stayed up until now.
My nose is also clogged. It's not abnormal for me since I have allergies but I thought it might be relevant to my ear. Please help! I couldn't sleep last night and I'm very tired and annoyed!
