What Causes Pain And Salty, White Discharge From Nipples?

me and my wife are 32 yrs and together for the last 1 1/2 yrs. for the last two months some salty whitish fluid is coming out from my wife's nipples. she is always feeling pain n irregularities in her periods. during her last periods she told about feeling pain and itching around the nipple area. is there any problems ? what i need to do? please do reply. thanking you
