What Causes Pain And Sensitivity In Ears Even With Mild Pressure?

I have an ear condition that can only be described as unusual - say that because there is nothing on the internet that addresses my condition - I have, what looks like, a rodent took a bite off the top of my ear...literally...but not the case...I m thinking it could be frostbite....go to a local dog park and the winter has been bitter.....pain started several months ago and it only hurts to the touch and when I sleep on it (my greatest concern...wakes me up often) - my GP told me it should heal over time but not happening...more sensitive now than back then.....I ve put creams and gels on it...nothing helps...please ...someone (who knows for sure) help me....enough already. thax
