What Causes Pain And Sensitivity Under Ribs?

my stomach below the ribcage hurts and is sensitive when i push on it. also, the same pain is on the sides and lower portion of my back. last night i was drinking wine, and then took an ADD medication. I know this is not a hangover pain, but could it be from taking the med? I was also having really bad headaches this morning before the stomach pain began, and a couple waves of nausea.
