What Causes Pain And Skin Sensitivity On Lower Right Back?

Hello- for the past month I have had skin sensitivity on my lower right back near my spine (I had an epidural about a year ago near there). It is about the size of my fist but started smaller. It hurts to touch/lay down/etc. Any ideas?

I'm a 32 year old healthy female
