What Causes Pain And Soreness In Breast?

i have very sore breasts there tender heavy i cant wear a bra friends say i need a pregnacy test and my mother says because i have flm on my chest from all the coughing i have done thats what has caused sore breasts there been sore like this for 1 week my boyfriend cant even touch them without me screaming in pain
