What Causes Pain And Soreness In Feet And Nausea?

My daughter was running in softball and afterward she started crying saying it hurt when she walked on it last week. Well about 20 minutes ago she was at tumbling doing a round off and she said it hurt really bad, it hurts when she walks on it, and she feels like she s gonna throw up. Should I take her to the emergency room?
