What Causes Pain And Soreness Under The Chin?
I just out of the blue got a real sore place under my chin and it has been very painful.I have waited to see if it would go away but it has like spread under my chin. It hurts in the night when I lay on one side. Is it something that will go away or do you think I need to see a physician?
