What Causes Pain And Sound In The Ear?

hello doctors.i m neha. i m having a continuous dub dub sound in my right ear from two weeks.i have taken medicines like augmentin duo and allerid-d for this time period but its not that much effective.now i m having pain in my ear along with dub sound.what should i do.plz help it
