What Causes Pain And Spots On Buttocks?

I am having something going on inside my buttocks. I have not had any unprotected sex except receiving oral sex; BJ and rim. I have broken out with this spot like reaction between my cheeks. It started out as normal butt pain, but then got worse as it hurt to sit. I felt like the inside of my butt was raw so applied A+D ointment inside. Now it seems like it s taken a turn for the worst. It s very raw, stings and I cannot wipe with wipes anymore. I m very scared because I am a hypochondriac and I feel that this resembles Herpes Simplex. I am not having any painful urination just the painful cuts near butthole. Could the A+D ointment did this to me? I have photos of the area also.
