What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Body With Numbness On Right Side Of Body?

I used to have pain in whole day . Body was aching like anything. Even there was stiffness in the back n legs finding it difficult to walk . I consulted me doctor of air India where I served before retirement....I have been given following tabs.... 1. Vozet 5mg one per day 2. Nucoxia MR one per day 3. Tryptomer SR I am feeling numbness on right side of the body mainly in right hand. I have taken above tabs for 4 days. Can u pls advise me what could be the problem ?r there any side effects of above medicines ? What should I do?
