What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Lower Back?

HI i have had low back pain for about 3 months. Around the time it started i did have a UTI and then got a worse one a month later, but that has been resolved but my back pain is worse with stiffness and getting up from sitting it causes my quads to cramp up what could be going on???
