What Causes Pain And Swelling In Breast Radiating To Shoulder And Neck?

I have pain what started as pain and swelling in my right breast, that now radiates to my shoulders, neck and down my arms. Primary on my right side. The glands in my neck are swollen. My chest and neck are tight, like they are being constricted. The upper half of my body is tender to touch. I can no longer even lift a gallon of milk. This has been going on since October, with it going from mild to severe pain. I also had a large bruise on my breast that came out of nowhere. I have had blood work, an ultrasound, chest x-ray and mammogram. All came back clear. I have been told by two doctors the breast is fibrocystic and there is a hard spot. One doctor said she felt nothing. They are all baffled and just keep sending me to other doctors. Only answer I have gotten so far is possible onset of fibromyalgia. Any thoughts?
