What Causes Pain And Swelling In Ear?

few days back i had bit of pain in my ear. i went to an ent specialist on 27th may he gave me an antibiotic, a pain killer and an antacid.dr. said that i had an infection. on 1st june i again consultated the doc said i m fine. i removed all the pass i also felt fine. but from yesterday evening i am again encountering pain. i m feeling that my ear hav swollen up and like the wind is getting blocked to go inside my ear. please advise??????
