What Causes Pain And Swelling In Hands After Taking Metoprolol And Xaralto?

I have a/fib I am taking metoprolol 50mg. and xaralto 15mg and levethroxon75. I am having a terrible time with my feet hurting on top and bottom and being cold ,my hands swelling and I feel very tired all of the tim.I have a pacemaker set to keep my heart rate from going below 60.Could the delayed release relese aspect of the xralto and mmetapropolo be what is making me so tired?
