What Causes Pain And Swelling In Joints Of Ankles And Feet?

hi. I have swollen ankles and feet which is unusual for me although I have recently encountered aching pains in my joints and also in my arms. my fingers are also often numb. I'm naturally very weak with my grip , will get a doctors appointment but wondered what it could be. thanks. just seen its a con, I'm uk so have a fantastic NHS so not paying any scam thanks,!
