What Causes Pain And Swelling In Lower Arms And Fingers?

Onset approx. 4 months ago. Pain and swelling in lower arms and hands and finger. Then about a month ago started having weakness, pain and limited use of hand and fingers, especially in the morning. Also have been having severe feelings of electrical shocks especially in right arm and hand. Feel really tired a lot and several episodes of dizziness. I have fibro but I think something else is going on. Thanks for your input.
