What Causes Pain And Swelling Of Neck And Shoulder With This TSH Level?

I had my blood test yesterday and my TSH level is 10.5. I had my thyroid removed 2 years ago because of cancer. My doctor is increasing my thyroid meds to 132 mcg. I am concerned because the back of my neck and upper shoulders are hurting and my neck is swollen. What would happen with this kind of level?
