What Causes Pain And Swelling On Nose And Upper Lip?

I m 44 year male, burning pain on the right side of my nose, upper lip. There is swelling an I ve had two small blisters on that side of my nose. I recently came home from a cruise where I went snorkling. I m worried about some sort of bacteria from the equipment. Or maybe shingles?
