What Causes Pain And Tenderness Close To Right Breast Where The Shunt Passes?

Hi I have a VP shunt (17 years now inserted) I recently had a scope of my stomach (Wednesday) and today I'm very tender close to my right breast where my shunt passes. It is sore to touch in this area only, is my scope the reason for this pain or should I see a doctor, it is not possible for me to see my neuro surgeon as I live 5 hours away from that hospital can u give any good advice on this
