What Causes Pain And Tenderness Of Back And Head Leading To Dizziness?

I was trying to see if it was abnormal to have pain and tenderness on the back of my head and around, it also hurts to touch it. When i turn my neck or head or make any sudden movments i get real dizzy and lightheaded. It id very painful and comes and goes, but this time i have had it for like 3 days straight and its really hurting.
