What Causes Pain And Tightness In Chest, Limbs Numbness And Fluctuating BP?

hello am started using Seroflo 250 in India since from 3 months ... now am in US. I want to know if I stop taking this inhaler does it cause any issues ..? Now since from 10 days ..am feeling pain/tightness in chest near heart and my left hand and leg gets numb & my BP has recorded to 160, 143 and 126. After multiple tests cardio team confirmed that there is no issue with the heart. am observing similar issue ...again and again. Hense I want to know what could be causing the problem and whom should I consult.
