What Causes Pain And Tightness In Hip?

I have MS, and I was on steroids and my hip deteriorated. I had hip decompression surgery and since, my hip has been so tight that I cannot stretch it without severe pain. I sometimes have a limp alos which can be eliminated tempoararly through chiropractic assistance, but does not last. I have llso been recently diagnosed with a slight tear in the labrum of that hip. It seems like the contrcture treatment might do me a lot of good, as the hip seems to be really tight and I can't loosen it up like the other one. Please advise on this with this information. Thanks.
