What Causes Pain And Tingling In Feet?

I developed pain, itching and tingling in both feet last July. I also had tingling in my calves and morning stiffness in my hands. Since then I get feeling of bugs crawling under my skin with little sore spots in my feet and other muscle/tendon pain elsewhere. I have seen my internal medicine doctor, a rheumatologist and urologist and have had tests for all sorts of things without an answer. I am concerned it could be rabies as we had a bat or two off and on in our home during summers between 2006-12, none we know of after that. All were caught and tested negative. All of the doctors seen said rabies symptoms on last at most 30 days before the person passes but the symptoms seem similar.
