What Causes Pain And Tingling In Leg Along With Numbness In Feet?

I have tingling in my left leg and sometimes pain. I get catches in that leg right where the leg starts. I have numbness that goes from the front to the back and down both feet and legs.I was so numb earlier today that I couldn t tell if I sat on a stool or not until I felt with my hands. Even my private parts were numb??? YYYY@YYYY
