What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In Arms,chest And Toe?

i an itchy big right toe since early this morning. its night now and the itching is still there. The itching seems to be deep inside and nothing is visible from outside. It seems normal from outside. I also have some other symptoms too. Like on and off aching and tingling in my arms and upper back, chest and neck and feet too since three days. Are these two connected? What is going on? Should I be worried?
