What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In Left Arm?

Hi Doctor: About last week; I began to experience pain in my left arm around where my elbow is. The pain circulates in the front area of my elbow on my left side. Then the pain climbed up the arm almost to my shoulder and down to where my fingers have a tingling sensation. The pain is excruciating from time to time and it does not matter how I try to position it when laying down it hurts except when I lay on my right side elevating my left arm on my side. I have taken aspirins; 8 hour pain relief tablets 650mg(acetaminophen). It provided temporary relief. I also use a muscle rub that brings relief for about an hour to 1hour and 1/2. What do you believe is going on with me? Oh, I ve been diagnose with mytrovalprolapse since age 14. It is consider Normal. Do you think my arteries are clogged? Please provide me with an Answer.
