What Causes Pain And White Discharge From Penis During Urinating?

hi i am newly married last month. i had done sex daily and some how twice. and about 34 days passed on and i am feeling some itches inside my penis and yesterday i saw some kind of white fluid comes outside after peeing with a little bit pain which makes my penis veins too hot. is this safe or its harmfull. please inform me what i need to do. i am very much worry about it. please help me
