What Causes Pain Around Abdominal Area And Constipation?

Hi I am experiencing some weird feelings in my stomach area? I can t really explain it I have been very constipated lately. For about a month or 2 I haven t gone to the bathroom on a regular basis. When I do I only do a little. I also get some dull and some sharp pains all around my abdominal area. I can be in any place and the pain will hit me. It may be in my back or either hip or right in my stomach. I had my appendix removed 2 years ago so it does not involve that. My body feels bloated.i fee gas but it never comes out and really hurts I eat but I don t have many stools.
