What Causes Pain Around Breasts?

Ihave pains around the left side of my breast. Is being going on for over a week. when to the heart doctor not was found. If I move my body or left hand , I feel pains around the left breast and a spot at the upper left back. I am taking muscle relaxer and ibprofin but pains continues.
