What Causes Pain Around Groin Area While Using Laptop Resting On Thighs?

I am a 17 year old male, whenever I use my laptop on my lap for over 5 minutes I get focused aches around my groin area, nothing on my actual penis but around the pelvis and lower abs. I don't get this pain in any other time or activity in the day only when using my laptop resting on my thighs, Is this common problem? thank you
