What Causes Pain Around Heart On Taking Pre Workout Supplements?

Hello, I am 19 years old young man, and I love to workout. I ve been using a pre workout supplements last year and everything was great. But now, when I take even one scoop (I usually took 2) I feel a pain in a tissue around my heart. The pain is not immediate, it comes by the end of the day (I workout early in the morning). What can it be?
