What Causes Pain Around Naval Before Periods?

hi!i normally have a severe pain around my belly button 10 days before my period.it started when i was 17 years old and i just ignored the pain.i'm 30 years old and recently the pain is more severe than before.should i start getting worried.the pain is just like period pains.
