What Causes Pain Around Ovaries While On Clomid?

I took my 2nd round of clomid trying to have my second child. I had to take one round with my first child 2 yrs ago. It has been over 10 days since I began taking the clomid and the last few days I have started having pelvic pain. 2 days ago it was spiratic and came and went - sharp pains on both sides (felt like my ovary area). last night I had a dull ache with sharp pains that lasted longer, similar to my period cramping. Is this something I should be concerned about or make an appt with my OBGYN?
