What Causes Pain Around Top Of Hip Bone And Towards Spine?

I have serious pain in right side around top of hip bone and slightly left toward spine. Does not hurt much when standing up but severe pain if I tilt left or right. Also when I stand up after sitting down. What is most likely cause? Feels like bursitis.
