What Causes Pain At Back Of Head And Neck Despite Having Migraine?

I get migraines and I had 1 for 6 days. I never gt them that long maybe 3 day at the most. yesterday I didn t have one. but today my neck and the back of my head hurt. what can I do to ease the pain I took ibuprofen for the 6 days I had the migraine and I am worried I am taking to many.
