What Causes Pain At The Bottom Of Breast While Taking Deep Breath?

Hi there I am experiencing left sided chest pain when I take a deep breath. The pain is at the bottom of my breast/top of my ribs. I carry my 12kg child on that side and in that exact spot so I think it might be to do with that. I also sleep on that side. The pain subsides when I lay down. Should I be concerned?
