What Causes Pain At The Bottom Of My Ribs?

I have had a chronic cough from last December. From end of July I've had blood in my sputum once -twice a week. I have pain in my back at the bottom of my ribs...although that has eased in the past week. This can radiate to the front. I have not had the ability to get a proper deep breath for 2 days last week. In the past 2-3 weeks I have also been tired and my legs were weary and sore.
