What Causes Pain At The Surgical Site During The Intercourse?

I have endometriosis and have had a tubal ligation and my right overie removed but I am still having pain in the same spot on my right side. After I climax I have the same pain in the same spot. before my period the same pain in the same spot. what is wrong?
