What Causes Pain At The Surgical Site Of Discectomy?

7 weeks ago I had an L4 L5 discectomy. Today I bent down to pull a chair towards me not realizing what I was doing. I realized instantly but it was heavy and stopped. I felt a twinge on my right side. It is not near the surgical site it was more over towards the hip area. Surgery was for the left leg sciatica. I went to physical therapy as it was my last session. The therapist didn t seem to think it was back related. So I am icing it currently. It doesn t feel bad. But it does feel sore. I m not experiencing pain near the surgical site. Do you think I really herniated my disc?
