What Causes Pain At The Tip Of Penis?

about 2 days i started to feel some pain close to the tip of my penis and yesterday a little skin peeled off so i dont know if its from rubbing it too much while washing it..and i had a penile yeast infection about 2.5 months ago so i dont know if its coming back..please help
