What Causes Pain At The Tip Of Toes?

I ve been taking topamax for 2 months now because of a seisure. Now my toenails are growing fast and thick andcurling upward at the edges rubbing against the other toes, even when I cut them. Also the ends of some of my toes hurt. I do not have diabeties.
