What Causes Pain Behind Breasts While Taking Deep Breath?

The sharp pains have stopped now, but as I got up and down from the floor while I was trying to fix my computer I had pains behind my left breast. Pains would shoot also when I took a deep breath. It started an hour ago but has stopped while sitting and trying to relax about 10 minutes ago. Should I be concerned?
