What Causes Pain Behind Eye, Headache And Chest Tightness While Having Hypertension?

Hi I am a 43 year old woman with hypertension, I have been in metropol 50 mg extended release for the last few months. I have been experiencing chronic headach which I take topamax 100 mg for the past few years haven't had migraine in a while until now. Severe pain behind my right eye with headach nausea lightheaded and my chest gets tight every 15 - 20 minutes right in the middle like someone is pressing down and my breathing gets shallow for that period of time.
