What Causes Pain Behind The Eyes With Headaches?

Ok. I've talked to a dozen doctors since my strange symptoms started and gotten many different diagnoses, the most recent being depression. While I respect the opinons of doctors, I am most certain that all my symptoms aren't from depression. One reason being, they started a year ago when I was quite happy and I had none of these symptoms in the past when previously depressed. Yes, I have asked myself if I'm in denial so I won't deny that I could have some mild depression (considering recent life events that would depress MOST people), I feel there's more going on than that.

What started it all was these strange episodes that started around a year ago. I'm standing (Doesn't happen just when I get up or when I've been standing too long. It varies) and all of a sudden, my body starts to just feel kind of weird (Vague, I know.) I get nauseous. It feels like every muslce in my body is being squeezed or poked. I have to lean on something to stand. Then my vision goes. It's basically black, with spots. Then my hearing goes and things sound strange. I'm told externally I turn very pale and clammy. I stay conscious the entire time. If I sit, the immediate symptoms go away, but I'm left with a headache and lots of pressure in my head, as well as the nausea, which sometimes sets in more AFTER the fact than during. It's not horrible, but a headache nonetheless. I'm also slow to respond. If asked a simple question, I have to think about it before I understand.

However, I am now having bad headaches, ALWAYS in the frontal lobe region. Sometimes it feels like my head is going to explode. Lots of pressure. Most of the time it's just there, lingering, for days, flaring up here and there. Along with nausea, myoclonic twitches (eye, arms, legs), low grade fever (This never happened before. I'm not one to run a fever, even when I should be), tingling in my forehead, pain behind my eyes, odd smell in my nose, elevated blood pressure (140/100), low blood pressure (90/50), and a mix (130/60). My blood pressure varies a lot, even within the same day. In the past year, I have lost 50 lbs., and while I love this fact, it was nothing I did. I, as well as doctors, thought the first 30 was due to Asthmatic Bronchitis and Sinus Infections (maybe it was). My appetite has changed dramatically (I crave salty/sour/tangy foods, like pickles, oranges, lemons). I have just now gotten back to actually being hungry as opposed to having to make myself eat. My digestive system is not regular at all anymore. Though I hate admitting it, I have much more gas and stomach pain than I used to. My memory is faltering and becoming worse and worse. Sleeping has become very difficult, staying asleep that is (restlessness). I now sit up wide awake right out of sleep.

I've already had an EEG to check for seizures. The results came back normal. I have hypothyroidism. It has also been checked and is normal. All metabolic tests were normal. I have not, however, had any CAT scans or MRI's, nor been able to see MY doctor whom I won't be able to see until Dec. 21. I just recently graduated college and haven't been at home and due to financial reasons, couldn't seek expert medical attention. However, where I live, I have charity that I can use at NMMC facilities. The doctor I saw put it all on depression. He was nice and all, but it seemed he just didn't want to look further for an explanation. It was seizures or depression with him. He told me I had the blood pressure of a healthy 18-year-old (while in his office) but didn't listen when I explained how it dropped suddenly or went up other times and he advised me to stop taking my blood pressure medication.

I am a 23-year-old female. Age: 5'9". Weight: 279 lbs and still losing. Pre-existing conditions: Chronic Asthma, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism. Medications: Singulair, 25 mg, Zyrtec 10 mg, Cynthroid, 175 mg, Generic Ortho Tri-Cyclen. Recently on: Hydrochlorothiazide, 12.5 mg. Lisinopril, 20 mg (Too much, knocked down to 10. Still too much knocked down to 5. Stopped taking it.)

The episodes have begun to interfere with work and the headaches are getting worse. If anyone could please tell me something, I would greatly appreciate it. I've considered migraines, searching for answers for so long, thinking my episodes fit the description of an aura. But I've heard that migraines are horribly intense headaches that leave you in a dark silent room due to sensitivity. I haven't reached that point, yet. Please help me.
