What Causes Pain Behind The Heels?

hi! Dr. Rynne, i have been experiencing really bad pain behind my heel that seems to flare up the more i walk on it. been going on for over a year but just the last month or so its gotten to the point where i have trouble just to walk. i work outdoors so im on my feet 10 hours a day at work.
