What Causes Pain Below Breasts And Blurred Vision During Pregnancy?

29 weeks pregnant. Vomited 3 days ago just once, not alot, lots of pain right below breasts, centered. Cramping feeling like I have intestinal flu, but no more vomit, no diarrhea. I d probably feel better if I would. But i cant. No bowel since 12am Saturday, 2 1/2 days ago. Tonight, head ache, left side only. Blurred vision only on RIGHT side of right eye. Is this all normal for flu going around?? I see MD in two days for normal checkup
