What Causes Pain Below Breasts,breathless And Sickness After Eating?

i am 24yrs old been in hospital for 4 days wiv pains in tummy area and below breasts,breathless,cold,weak and feel sick when i eat, i have no appetite and the doctors says they cant find anything wrong??? please help my blood tests ok, scans ok,xray ok do u have any ideas?????
